Acupressure bands are a great way to get some relief from nausea in the early months of pregnancy. The pressure points on your wrist that give relief in a non pharmacological way.  The added bonus with these bands is that they are waterproof and you can also use peppermint essential oil with them, which peppermint is another remedy for morning sickness.

Earth Mama Organics are well known for quality herbal teas. The morning sickness tea is made with ginger, which is shown to have anti-nausea effects.

baby gear

wraps and carriers

Choosing a baby wrap is a personal decision. Some fabrics stretch more than others, and as baby gains weight, the fabric begins to loosen up. This section provides different makers of baby wraps. Personally, I recommend the Moby Wrap or the Boba Wrap.

As with a baby wrap, choosing a ring sling is a personal decision. Perhaps you're not a fan of the wrap? Maybe you want more than one style of baby carrier in your baby arsenal? The ring sling is fantastic as it can be adjusted for a snug fit. I personally had a ring sling for the shower or pool, and one for wearing around town. Check them out, see what you think?
